02Who is it for?
Jewellery CAD studios, design agencies and businesses that work with jewellery designers.
03Will it work with my Rhino or Matrix version?
StudioPulse is designed for Rhino and Matrix on Windows. Tell us which versions you use so we can confirm your setup.
04Do designers need to change how they work?
Designers continue using their usual design software. After setup, StudioPulse records design activity in the background. Owners still review projects, reports and billing information.
05What does active or idle time mean?
Active time is based on recorded computer and design activity. Idle time means little or no activity was detected. Use these figures alongside project progress; a pause alone does not tell you how well someone is working.
06What happens if the internet disconnects?
Recorded activity can wait on the computer and be sent when the connection returns. The dashboard may show older information while the computer is disconnected.
07What information does it collect?
It records design activity, project filenames, times and computer information. Screenshots saved through your studio's screenshot setup may also be included. The product guide explains this in more detail.
08Does it continuously record my screen?
It does not record a continuous screen video. Screenshots saved through the studio's screenshot setup may be uploaded and included in reports.
09Can I review time spent on a design and its changes?
Recorded work is linked to projects so you can review the time spent and follow project progress. The information available depends on what has been recorded for that project.
10Can I download reports or share them with clients?
You can download PDF and Excel reports. Use management reports for your own review and client reports for sharing. Check the contents before sending a report.
11Are estimated project costs the same as final bills?
No. Figures for ongoing work are estimates. Final invoice amounts depend on the project's approved billing details.
12Can different designers have different billing rates?
Yes. Your studio can use different designer rates when reviewing project estimates. We help you confirm the billing setup during onboarding.
13Does the leaderboard judge design quality?
No. CAD activity compares recorded active hours over the last 30 completed studio days. Accepted-work efficiency compares agreed estimates with recorded time for approved jobs. Each view requires enough usable data. Review these figures alongside the designs and your team's explanation.
14What does Studio ROI tell me?
ROI means return on investment. This screen compares work values with salary costs for the selected dates. Ongoing work values are estimates, and approved work values do not confirm that a client has paid. Rent, software bills, taxes and other business costs are not included.
15Is the website demo showing a real studio?
No. The demo uses a fictional studio with sample names, projects and figures. You can explore the screens without signing in. Settings are read-only. Fixed financial and project PDF samples are available in INR and USD in the Reports section. Their names and figures may differ from the demo, and changing demo dates or designers does not change the files. Excel samples are not available on the website yet.
16How much does StudioPulse cost?
The pricing section shows the current plans for one, five or ten designers. Annual prices show the full yearly payment. Contact us if you need a larger team plan.
